Questions studios ask
- Is face recognition limited on cheaper plans?
- No. Face recognition has no cap on any plan, the free one included. Plans differ in how many photos, events and guests you have, not in how well guests are found.
- How do I pay?
- By UPI from your own banking app. Choose a plan in Billing, pay the amount shown, and enter the reference. Your plan changes once the payment is confirmed. Nothing is charged automatically.
- Can I pay for less than a year?
- Yes. Paid plans can also be bought for 3 or 6 months, at the price shown in Billing for that term.
- Do guests need an account or an app?
- No. A guest opens the link or scans the QR code, takes a selfie and sees their photos in the browser.
- Where is the data kept?
- Hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany and Finland). A guest can delete their data from the gallery at any time.
